The Canadian Heart Research Centre is pleased to invite you to participate in a series of educational events entitled “Diabetes Forum” to be hosted in various Canadian cities throughout the year.

The Diabetes Forum curriculum will bring a new and unique focus on issues of special importance to physicians interested in diabetes management. Presented by an expert panel of faculty, the meeting will highlight innovative topics of importance to you in the management of patients with diabetes.
