Emilio Raimondo Severe RV enlargement and hypokinesia with likely volume and pressure overload, leading to septal flattening paradoxical septal motion, likely due to pulmonary ht.

enrique guerra D-shaped septum suggestive of right ventricule volume overload, usually associated with pulmonary hypertension.

Mohammad Ayoub Khan Enlarged right ventricle with increased right ventricular pressure (D-shaped septum). Severely hypokinetic left ventricle suggestive of decreased left ventricular systolic function. NB. This is just one view interpretation. I have no access to see the rest of the images
