In order to maintain a strong brand image, it is important that we ensure professionalism and consistency among all of our marketing material. Whether sending a letter, fax, or email, all of our communications should accurately reflect the look and feel of the brand we’re representing.
In an effort to make it easier for employees to find the latest logos and template files, the Marketing & Design Department (formerly known as the Graphics Department) has launched a new Marketing Resource Centre at www.chrc.net/marketing
When creating a new letter, fax or powerpoint presentation, please ensure you are using the appropriate version by downloading the latest templates from the site.
In addition to logo files, fax, letterhead, and PowerPoint templates, employees can also make requests for new Print and/or Design projects including the following:
- Ordering new business cards
- Printing colour documents
- Ordering office signs
- New logo Design
- New website
- Signs and Banners
- and more
Approval from your manager and the appropriate job code will be needed to process and complete
any request.
